Edge of the Woods Market is particularly known for having impeccable produce. Owner Peter Dodge hand picks the produce from local markets and farms. He selects the best products available for the best prices he can find so that Edge of the Woods can offer premium produce for reasonable prices. Within this department there is a cut fruit and berry table which includes cut papaya, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, and other specialty melons. Also on the ice table is fresh apple cider when in season. In the berry section there are raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and occasionally fresh figs.
